Horrible anxiety 2 weeks post op now cured!

I had a total abdominal hysterectomy with both ovaries taken and a tummy tuck too. About two weeks post op I started horrible anxiety 24-7 and started having panic attacks as well. The only thing that kept the panic attacks at bay was the vallium I was prescribed from my doctor for relaxing muscles after my tummy tuck. I was not talking any HRT and had no intentions on starting. After reading some threads on here about other women having the same problems. I had no symtoms of menopause as far as I thought. No hot flashes or night sweats. I thought I didn't need to take anything. However, I realized that anxiety WAS a symtom of my menopause. I decided to start taking some all natural hormone replacement creams that were plant based and within a day my anxiety and panic attacks were gone!!! I am now 3 1/2 weeks post op and going for my daily walks. Still on pain meds though but I have pushed them out to every 10 hrs and trying to keeping pushing them out more and more. My mood is actually better now than before the hyst! Even though I am in pain and can't do much still I am laughing and having a great time. The hysterectomy was exactly what I needed. <Admin.
