9 mos post op daVinci hysterectomy incision site tenderness?

I am experiencing tenderness in my top two incision sites as well as the belly button one. They all are well healed but occasionally I get very tender in the incision areas. Wearing A pair of jeans with a waistline that touches the incision area or just one of my dogs or cats placing a foot directly on them makes for days of tenderness. Is this normal so late after surgery? I am nine months post op
