castle day is here

I leave in 20 minutes for the castle, which is 40 minutes away. Ugh. Not looking forward to that ride home -- give me Demerol!

Didn't sleep much last night either, but I feel pretty calm and even positive today. I just hope nothing goes wrong on the operating table.

It's weird. Pain I can deal with. But this waiting and waiting, this anxiety about pain in the future, or the unknown -- that's been the hardest part. I'm glad it's nearly over.

Thanks everyone for all your support. You've made everything so much easier. My dh says I'll be the best-prepared princess in hystery!
