what is my surgery called?

I had a laprascopic hystorectomy that they removed vag...and they removed one ovary they also had to disconect my ovary and uterus from my bladder, bowl, kidney, and liver....i have one ovary left...I see all the abreviations for what surgery you have had but do not know what to use....

I think it is called LAVH

BSO if both are removed..not sure what you would type if only one is removed.

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

BSO== both ovearies removed
LSO== left ovary and tube removed
RSO== right ovary and tube removed
