Oops! Sore back now... :-(

I think sometimes I forget what I should and shouldnt be doing. Im 7 weeks post op and decided to move some furniture around today!!! Ooops! I did get my hubby and daughter to help most of the time but sometimes I got impatient and lifted the cupboards and table by myself. Now im sitting here with a very achy back :-( just the reminder to still take it easy I needed I think!

Ohhh! My lower back pain is alot worse now. Im even having trouble sitting in a chair. Just taken some stronger painkillers. Really hoping I havent done something bad to my back :-(

I did the same thing two days ago. Really horrible lower back pains.
