TVH 6 days post-op, worst hot FLUSH ever last night, ovaries shutting down???

39 year old, had trouble with break through bleeding afar a failed uterine ablation a year ago. I decided to have a hysterectomy and that was done 6 days ago, I had a TVH, removed cervix, kept ovaries. Been doing great, with minimal pain, spending most of my days in bed. However, had heart palpitations (had these before every time I got PMS) in middle of night. Fell back to sleep, only to awake to a flush of heat, felt like whole body was on fire. Body very clammy, nauseated and felt scared. Took temperature--97.8. DH got me a cold wash cloth, and water to drink. 15 min later, it was gone.
Would soy milk/flax seed help to replace estrogen that has been lost? Any other ideas for natural replacement.
Are my ovaries dying or in shock?

Hi babe sounds like a anxiety attack.....i am having those at the moment esp in the mornings....i did some reasearch and apparently its the hormones in the body finding themselves again...as part of the hysterectomy op......hopefully it will pass...
