Salsa

This is really good. You won't buy it in a jar again. It's not exact but it's very similar to Chili's Salsa.

1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 can Whole Tomatoes
1 tbs Jalopenos (put more if you like it hot)
1/4 -1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
(I use one whole small onion because
I like it chunky)

Cut up onion and jalopeno and put it in a food processor or blender just enough to chop up and mix. Add both cans of tomatoes and seasonings. Mix again. Careful not to puree. I just hit the button a few times to mix up. But again, I like it chunky. Salsa needs to be placed in a sealed container in the refridgerator for at least a couple of hours. This is when the flavors will blend. It does not have much taste when it's first mixed but will taste great after a couple hours or over nite.
Enjoy......
