TVH: Day 20 Spotting w/tissue?

I'm spotting more than usual today but I also had 'flecks' of stuff when I wiped. Now when I wipe, it's not just flecks, it looks like small lumps of flesh/tissue. Not big pieces, but bigger than flecks.

I'm wondering if maybe it's the tissue from the suture area (maybe the flecks were pieces of dissolving stitches.)

I've called my gyn office so many times since surgery that I'm reluctant to call yet again.
Not having pain or anything.

Anyone else go through this?
