Pain when squatting -- Yes, I know I should have known better!

At two weeks I "squatted" down ever so gently to look for an item and felt a sharp pain shoot through my , at which I immediately (gently) pushed myself up (using quads and biceps). The sensation lasted a couple of minutes. Has anyone else had this sensation? I did have a little "brownish" discharge afterward. Did I do something irrepairable, or was it just my body warning me?

At two weeks post op I was at the dr. on the table and when she tried to help me get up to sitting position, I felt sharp pains and had some spotting for about a day afterwards. I didn't think I had pulled a stitch or anything, but was very careful not to strain anything again...Hope you feel better soon...

I have squatted a couple times and had a similar sensation. It usually goes away after I rest a few hours. I get the same pain if I am up and around for too long. I spent the day cleaning my daughter's room (sorting through toys and clothes to get rid of, rearranging items, etc) for about 6 hours and had a lot of that type pain. It took the whole next day of lying around doing nothing to get over it!
