I'm feeling worn down

I was wondering if other have felt this also. My family and I are moving and when I pack a few boxes, I feel ready to sleep again. I just have so little energy now. I had surgery November 20th and have been released from dr's care. Is this normal? Have others experienced this? TIA

I'm feeling worn down

I have heard that it takes up to 6 months to fully recover and get your strength and stamina back. It has only been 2 months for you, remember to pamper and don't over due things.

I'm feeling worn down

i am almost 4 weeks out and today my son and i went shopping for about 2 1/2 hours. my leg muscles actually hurt. i am a teacher and usually am up, singing and dancing with the kids all day. i can't imagine having to do all that in two weeks!

you're probably right on track. do what you can then rest. i'm sure i'll be coming home and heading to bed the first few weeks at school.

good luck with the move!

I'm feeling worn down

I'm almost five months now and there are still days where I tire very quickly. Just take it as a clue and rest.

I'm feeling worn down

I am 4 months this week and I just flew from Tucson to Virginia yesterday. The day in the airport and on the plane and carrying a small bag really whipped me! The time change is 2 hours later and I was ready for bed at 6pm my time tonight. I got on here to stall just a little because I can't let myself go to bed that early. I am just exhausted today! The hyst takes a toll on you that takes time to get over~
