TAH week 4 turning point. week 5 pain??

so I am at week 5 today. at week 4 I woke up one day and felt great! it was like someone turned a switch on. i was able to move around better at week 3 but week 4 I went longer without my binder, i was easing onto my belly. (i kept a bean pillow there so I wouldn't go flat on my belly) and felt like i could conquer the world.. so then I started doing stuff...uh oh! (my daughter graduates this Friday so I have a million things and a million family members coming in, so I want things perfect) so I probably did too much. on Monday I was literally crying from pain, it hadn't felt that bad since i was in the hospital, luckily I had some percosets left and had my dh get me one. I took a whole one! when I came home from hosp i only took halves. then the next day was less pain but still considerably more than week 4. and today is only 10am. granted I did clean up a little (I know that rules and i have been abiding by them-no lifting, no bending, no tugging) but I am wiped out!!! my back hurts my belly hurts and the painful gas is back!
I have a follow up with doc tomorrow for my reg sched check up. so, we will see what she says. i will probably get scolded for doing so much but who knew?! being on your feet and doing light chores could set you back so far?! am I the only one who learned this the hard way? and maybe I should be reading more posts so I know not to go go go!

GM Jencme!! I was 7 wks post-op yesterday and I am having some pain today, for no apparent reason. Please know that you will have good and not so good days. You have to remember that you are still healing and on those good days, don't overdo it. Listen to your body! Take care of yourself and Happy Healing...

I am just passed 6 weeks and having pain - thought the worst was behind me but last 2 days I have been very sore. Have I been overdoing it - probably - I have been so good but once I got to 6 weeks thought I should be able to do more - still not heavy lifting but I guess everything I am doing adds up and takes a toll on your body. I am feeling very frustrated with it all - when they say 6 weeks I figured I would be back to normal by then. I think it is going to take awhile - I read somewhere else - 6 mths before we are back to 80%!!!
