first post-op post!!!

Hey ladies! So here I am in my own private room at the castle. About 19 hours post op. I am pleasantly surprised at how well I am feeling. I am a little weepy at moments but in overall good spirits. I stood at the bedside which was really hard, but a few hours later I got up again and walked to the hallway. They took my cath out about an hour ago and said I get to take a shower later! Thanks for all your prayers and support. I will post more later!

Re: first post-op post!!!

That's wonderful news that you are up and doing some walking.

Hope you get to go home soon. It took me a few days to have the energy to get a shower.

Let us know how you are doing when you get home, remember to take it easy and rest.

Sending you gentle hugs and healing thoughts.
