Had ultrasound today, cyst still there and had to have blood tests

My cyst was still there. The DR said it had shrunk about half. I told him I couldn't take those BC pills anymore and he put me on a low dose of provera. He said it is not as powerful with the side effects and should be enough to continue shrinking it. He did say he did not like that the cyst was there at all since nothing was abnormal at the time of my surgery. He wanted to draw blood and have some marker tests. He said to make sure nothing more serious is there. He said the blood marker test would be up if there was or come back normal. I hope they are normal. The results will not be back until next week. I am finally going on vacation to the beach and don't really want to call while I am there to find out. I would rather wait until I get back. I hope this is just a normal cyst. It does worry me that it came up so fast. Now I wish I had just let them take my ovaries, but there wasn't anything wrong with them so I didn't want too. But now I don't want to start going through this all the time either. It is not worth this worrying.
