crampy feeling

Hi
Yes, I too get cramps and am either still bloated or getting fat from being on couch for last 3 and half weeks.
A lot of the others here also get crampy feelings especially if you over do it. I go and rest as soon as I feel icky.
Good luck

crampy feeling

That's the only thing I've had since the surgery. I'm not hugely bloated since the surgery, but definitely notice it is worse when I feel icky and at night. I am on Ibruprofen all day, every day, and Percocet as needed. I try not to sit around too much and ensure I walk multiple times each day. I do know that how well I am doing is unusual. I was off pain meds and my drip less than 24 hours after surgery because I had no pain, just the crampy feeling. I only have actual pain when something is moving through my bowels. I would equate my crampy pain to how I felt after delivering my babies. Not sure if that helps at all, but that's the closest thing I can think of.

Good luck with your recovery...

crampy feeling

I'm also 4 weeks post-op and I still feel crampy. I've noticed is seems to be at the end of the day. I do have a vaginal cuff & bladder infection so it could be because of them. I just lay down for a little while when I start to feel crampy, it really helps! I tired on some of my jeans yesterday and they didn't fit so I still have my bloated tummy! Hopefully soon it will go down.
