gallbladder issues after lavh

Hello, I had my surgery on 7/20/2012, surgery went very well. On 7/22/2012, I woke up at 2am in excruciating pain, vomiting, and diarrhea, that morning called the dr. She said it sounded like my gallbladder and called in some meds. By Tuesday evening I was dehydrated as the meds were not working. Called Dr and she said she would meet me at the er, which she never showed up. At the ER, they ran fluids, gave some meds IV, and done a ct, which they said was normal. I felt better for a couple of days then it all started again, went to a GI specialist which performed an EGD and an ultrasound. EGD showed that my stomach was very inflamed, ultrasound showed sludge in the gallbladder, then I began to bleed again, not heavy, and began experiencing pain in my left ovary (left it but had to take the right one) as if it were about to burst open, after telling my Gyn Dr on my f/u appt that I was still having severe stomach pain and n/v, and diarrhea, she pretty much brushed me off. Now the GI Dr is referring me to a surgeon to schedule removal of the gallbladder. They Gyn says the hysterectomy surgery did not cause the gallbladder issues, but, the GI Dr says the surgery caused the gallbladder and stomach to become inflamed due to being put to sleep and manipulation of organs. I also have rheumatoid arthritis which has majorly flared up due to stress of surgery. Has anyone else had these issues and if so did they clear up on their own? Not really looking forward to another surgery this soon! Please give some input on this!
