Cramping after intercourse

I had a partial hysterectomy in Feb 2015 where they only left the ovaries, they did a rectocele repair, a vaginal vault suspension, and a bladder lift. I haven't had too bad of a time with intercourse until this morning. I had felt some cramping from time to time after intercourse, but this morning around 6am after intercourse my abdomen began to cramp like menstrual cramps and have not let up yet, it's 3:45pm. Can anyone explain this or have had this issue? I have no bleeding, but just cramps. Could it have something to do with the length of my vagina? I don't know.
