5 days PO (TVH), spotting, cramping and feeling yuck

Hi all,
So far my recovery has been much less traumatic than I thought - but today I am feeling nauseated and have a lot of cramping, pressure down below.
I have also been spotting. (I did spot on day one and two but none for the last few days). It's light pink and there is no obvious smell. I don't have a fever so I don't think it's an infection.

But is it normal to spot again after a break? And to feel extra achy and wiped out?

I managed without pain relief yesterday but I know I need some today. I think maybe my body is telling me to slow down.

Yep. I'm 3 weeks post and usually spot a little late evening. Kinda lets me know I'm done for the day

Oh yeah it all happened to me as well. Take some Advil or Aleve if you do not want to take the pain meds. Just rest it is early days yet. And yup.. "Slow" is the word... for several weeks yet. ((((Hugs))))
