At least one should be discreet enough that people outside of Hystersisters would not recognize it, but distinctive enough another HysterSister would recognize it

I wear mine most of the time without the packs- but the hot pack really came in handy when I battled the UTI after surgery and everything hurt. I wear a clean tank top under my clothes to put the binder around then a shirt over the top.

One idea (and you may have this as I haven't done a huge search of all the products yet) is to sell the coolmax type soft undergarment tank tops- they wick away perspiration and keep the skin dry... We used to provide those with back braces and corsets when I worked in Orthotics. They have no seam and would fit very well under the binders (and probably help with the night sweats!). If you already do have that product, please let me know as that will be the next thing I buy!
