Bleeding post-op 19 days

I had a Davinci Total Hysterectomy on April 10th.
I had stopped bleeding/spotting totally around my second week out.
However, since I was feeling soo good I made the mistake of going to the grocery and pushing the cart with some rather large bags of dog food and a 24 pack of water.
The next day I started off spotting again and by evening I was bleeding slightly. I did go to the doctor, she said that it didnt appear that I tore anything and that the bleeding was very minor and should stop on its own. Told me NOT to do any pushing/pulling lifting stuff for a while!
That was a week ago....my bleeding has stopped, just some minor brownish discharge, but when I go to the bathroom and wipe...I have pinkish red on the toilet paper. Is this normal? I just feel like things should be healing faster. Other than this one incident, I havent done anything!

This is a slow process and even though you had daVinci, it will take several weeks if not months before you are healed enough to push a cart. You over did it so you have set yourself back a tad and there is no rushing your body. The discharge is normal. Take care of yourself.

I am still brownish/pink and I'm 6 weeks post tomorrow. Saw ob today said I healed fine
