I got my new surgery date!

I will be having a tvh because of painful periods with normal bleeding just losts of pain everyday and painful intercourse and pain everday my current dr did a scope and said everything looked normal but said if you want it out i will do the surgery I had problems for years in 2001 a dr did a scope and said i had a inlarged utuerus full of blood vessels and recommened removing it but I was scared and my kids aunt told me horrilble stories that i would turn into a man so i took bith control and herbs and aleve up until march this year when i went down hill pills stopped working and even tryed different pills from another dr and they don"t work he said he thought it was caused by muscle pain but the pains would of help if that was it you'd think and the pain is down where my uterus is and i even got a scope down the mouth and no ulcers so he said if its causeing me so much pain I have to take lotabs maybe I should get a hysterectomy but he could'nt promise I would be better.so here i am tired of not living anymore and tired of hurting all the time even sex hurts my kids grandfather is a retired dr of 40 yrs and he thinks i should get surgery and that i'm to young to be feeling this way.i can't walk around as it causes me more pain and then i have to take more pain pills or hurt or go to the hospital and i don't eat because of alll the pain and sickness i feel and i have to raise 3 young boys.I hope this surgery make me feel my self again so i can live and function and be happy.i have a boyfriend who hurts me emotionally all the time one minute hes nice and the next hes hurting me last night he called and stressed me out and said i try and let you sleep in and then you lay on your lazy ***. T his is when i'm not feeling good and am in pain.he drives truck and I am pretty much a single mom I am home alone with 3 boys 6,4,3
and don't have a drivers license yet as i have to pay $250 to go through the ged course in utah before i can take the test so i can start test driving.his mom said she would help me when i have surgery and i was planning on doing surgery when he was in town but hes a jerk to me he says I cheating on him and have in the past when i have not been.I have'nt even been living most of the time i'm in so much pain its hard to take care of my kids but i have some pain meds from the hospoital because i ended up there twice last week so i can manage as long as i take them before i start to hurt and i have to take something for stress mostly becuse of him.I Needed hime to be here so bad but hes going to do nothing but pain to me and getting surgery and having somone there treating you like **** wont be good what should i do?i dont want to hurt i need alll the support i can get right now alll my family is out of state so i can only talk to them over the phone.should i change my date so hes not in town?i will still have to see him that weekend for 1-2 days but don't want to hurt anymore.hes called me every name in the book and we don't get along but i wish things were different i can't believe i'm not gonna have him there to love and take care of me.any davice would help!I'M SET FOR 10-8-04 thinking about making it the following week and having his mom there with me and not allowing any phone calls.what do you think?

I am so sorry for everything you are going through. It has to be so hard to face surgery and have problems with your boyfriend at the same time.

I guess what it comes down to is you. You need to decide if your life is better with him or without him. If you decide you can do better without him, show him the door. I know this is not an easy decision to make and I will remember you in my thoughts and prayers.

Anyway, take care of yourself and know that we care about you.

IF HIS MOTHER IS WILLING TO HELP YOU THEN I WOULD LET HER .ALL MY FAMILY LIVES 70 MILES AWAY .AND MY SURGEY IS OCT5,IF IT WASNT FOR MYDH MOTHER AND FAMILY I WOULD BE LOST.YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF SO YOU CAN BE THERE FOR YOUR BOYS. YOU WILL BE MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.
