Abdominal pain and vaginal burning

I'm 3 years post op, two weeks after my surgery I felt ill and had pain so I went back to see the Dr. he blew me off saying I probably had a virus. I have a constant bladder infection and no matter what they give me vaginally it causes pain across my abdominal area and up to my stomach. I have been to so many Dr. and they say oh it's probably hormones. CT shows nothing. I have constant pain and burning like an infection but the swabs are negative. I was wondering if anyone has an idea of the direction I should go. I looked into stitches and sometimes they don't go away, and cause problems but I'm at the end of my road here. I'm to the point I don't think anyone should have these unless it is a life and death situation. Any guidance would be great. Thanks
