cramping

I had a hysterectomy this past Jan. Kept 1 ovary. All went well. Except for several UTI's and 1 kidney infecton I have done really well. But suddenly these past couple of days I have cramps that feel just like I am going to get my period. It is weird. Just this dull cramping. Has anyone else had this after alomost 9 months since my surgery?

I had my surgery back in 6 months. I keep both of my ovaries. I have been on the Videlle patch for 3 months. My estrogen levels were low. Anyway I am now having cramps were my ovaries are. I don't know what is means. I go back to the dr in Oct. The cramps some times are not bad and then some times they are.

Thanks for the info. At least I know I am not alone in this. I was wondering if maybe it is something to do with hormones. Last night they were so bad.
