TAH and hormone replacement

Can anyone tell me if there is more benefits to taking HRT after a TAH. I had a TAH on the 16th of September. Feeling pretty good about now. Still a little swollen and tire easily but getting better I think. I'm still on the fence about taking HRT that the doctor has given me and looking for advice.

I had TAH/BSO 9/23. I am doing the HRT patch. I would rather the patch than the hot flashes/mood swings, ect. However, everyone is different and some women are not using hrt and have no issues. I was getting flashes, ect and opted for hrt because I was surgically thrown into Meno. I had everything all at once and for me the patch was the way to go. Research and soul search, you can only do whats best for you. If you are not having any meno symptoms why get on hrt? Your Dr can give you information as well.
