Pain 3 weeks post op

I am 3 weeks post op today from a TAH, recovery has been going pretty much as expected, except for some bladder issues until the past couple of days. I started having more pain than usual yesterday and it has only increased in severity today. I have not taken any Percocets in 2 weeks but I had to take one tonight, and it does not seem to be relieving the pain. I am questioning if I have "overdone it" and maybe I have. I have been increasing my activity, but nothing too strenuous - mainly just walking and just increasing the duration slowly. I have (without thinking) picked up my 3 year old a couple of times over the past week. I also drove my car for a short while yesterday. I can't sleep tonight and I plan on calling my doctor tomorrow. Anyone experienced anything similar or have any thoughts ?

I too had some real rough patches at the 3-4 week mark, basically for the same reasons I just did too much. I'm at 8 weeks post op and vividly remember still the incision and belly button pain that I had. Hopefully it will be like labour and I'll forget.
Moral of the story, stop overdoing it and rest more. lol.
