Are you taking any pain meds? Naproxen, ibuprofen? Having inflammation can affect your bowels and slow the healing process.

Taking Motrin.
I thought that was safe, but I am also still taking colace.

Im so sorry you are feeling so bad. I went through the same thing...i finally got relief last night post op day 5 for me. I tried everything. I finally took some chocolate laxative that i already had. It was dollar general brand and it worked for me!

I was feeling the same. As soon as I came around they stopped the morphine pump and injected pain med via IV. But now i'm experiencing painful butt spams. I haven't had a BM yet. My TAH was Tuesday. Hope you start to feel better.
