LAVH Day 8 Bleeding?

I've really tried to be careful and not overdo it. I rest a lot. I spotted after my surgery for about 4 days, light spotting. Then it stopped. Today I had bright red blood on my liner. Is this normal recovery process or did I do something?

I am still having spotting and it is bright red. There is no pain associated with this bleeding. My doc checked me to be safe thought they might have to put the stick to it to stop the bleeding but she says it is the way the cuff is healing. I am 3 weeks out and all continues but it may last awhile. I am hoping it will quit soon. I would say if it is not a lot of bleeding and there is no pain you should be fine but it may make you feel better to have your doc check and make sure.
