4 weeks post op and feeling dizzy

Has anyone felt dizzy? It just happen to me at bed time last night and this morning. The whole room was spinning. Don't know what caused it. Still feel inflame abdomen and pelvic.

I'm sorry you've experienced some dizziness. If you do a "Forum Search" (click right of the main message board) you'll find lots of threads/posts. However, everyone is different and the best thing you can do is to have a word with your doctor, especially if you're experiencing any kind of abdominal or pelvic pain.
