My surgery tomorrow feeling nervous

The day has come...was waiting for it. Im doing my bowel prep not fun.But just call hospital to know what time I need to check in its 7:30am.So my DH will be taking me. This last days I have been feeling nervous, anxious, sad and feel very sensitive. I just pray to God that all goes well and that I can start living my life without so much physical pain. This year it has been very rough on some issues I have been dealing with about my childhood. I am so grateful that I found this site and it has made me feel that Im not alone dealing with the Hysterectomy.Its great that we can support each other and I feel welcome. Thank you HysterSister. Prayers to all other Princess that are having there surgery tomorrow. I will be getting in touch soon.

I am 2 weeks post op dvH and you will be fine. I was terrified but not a week later I felt great. Warning though Percocet will make you vomit after surgery which made me feel like I had been hit by a truck. When the nurse asks...stick to Motrin. Good luck and God Bless
