Vaginal discharge

I've been having a white discharge for a few days, it just comes out of the blue and I have to change becuase is almost like if a pee (sp?) myself.
My hysterectomy was on 2005, so it's been a while, I have been having abdminal pain and intercourse pain in the last few months my doctor said it could be that I'm ovulating, so I don't really have much intimacy because of that and now the white vaginal discharge started so i really don't know what to think.
I can't go to the doctor since DH got laid off and now I do not have medical insurance.
Any idea of what it could be??

Maybe you could visit a public clinic? Then you can make a donation if you wish rather than receiving a bill. Sounds like perhaps an infection.

I read in a medical report you can still get a yeast infection. I would still go to a clinic and get it tested and checked out.
