Questions to ask Dr at 6 week check up

What sort of questions do I need to ask at my 6 week appt?
TAH retained ovaries fallopian tubes - removed cervix.
Still uncomfortable re piles (have tried all the remedies -) am over it really. Fibre prunes water stool softeners creams..... honestly the surgery was a breeze in comparsion!!!
I would appreciate any questions that are important to ask.
Lifting
Exercising
Housework
relations (lol) not in too much of a hurry there am little apprehensive ....
