Bowel prep tip!!

So I've started the bowel prep, and knowing how terrible it tastes, I bought the Mio water enhancer ( not red or purple) to mix in... I can make it sweet enough to hide the taste, and using a straw helps the texture. Almost like drinking a melted slishie... Pretty tasty. I got a couple of favors so I don't get sick of one, and it's working out pretty well.

We will see how im feeling once it actually kicks in though!

I started mine at 10 am, it "kicked in" about 2 hours later, beautiful weather, I want to go for a walk, but cannot go to far from the bathroom, good luck to both of us!

I'm sitting on my patio pretending it's a cosmopolitan enjoying the birds and the sun! Waiting for it to kick in, got some rumblings, but nothing yet!
Where are you? I'm in Phoenix and its spectacular outside. Walking is supposed to help move things along, so I'm wandering my yard while I wait.
Feels better to know I'm not doing this all alone, even if it's just cyber.
Everyone is working today, and it would be nice to have someone here while I said for diarrhea demon juice to work... I could use some levity! Lol

Tip for you gals in the bowel prep...drink tons of water/gatorade/chicken broth once it starts working. I basically drank a whole glass of something everytime i sat down to go. I think it made a world of difference. Good luck!

Got half of the 4L down, home alone with my kids, my poor 2 year old us so confused! I flavored mine with Mio water enhancer, every flavor they have that's not red or purple... Goes down pretty easy, but I'm full, and I don't want any more! Guess I'll just keep chugging along! Cheers!

Thanks for the tips, I'm drinking as much as I can. Had to stop looking at piniterest it was too much food pics. I'm close to Cincinnati, ohio. high 70's today. My son just moved to mesa, hope to go visit after recovery. Best wishes to you J and all our sisters!
