Tummy/Back exercises at 8 weeks???...

Hi sisters x
Hope everyone is recovering well x
Can anyone reccomend some gentle exercises to strengthen my tummy and back at my 8 week stage??.The only "exercise"i,m doing at the moment is walking.

I think there are tummy exercises listed in the week 5-6 checkpoints on the site and in the booklet. :-)
