I'm so emotional

So tomorrow is my trip to the castle, and now the water works have begun. I don't know what happened, I was fine one minute, and now I can't stop crying. My poor family keeps trying to console me, but it doesn't help. I am now finding myself hiding in a closet or in the bathroom, just so they can't see or hear me.

I don't want to make any one upset, but is this normal? Does it ever stop?

I thank all my sisters for helping me through this, and i really need you now. Thank you!!!

Re: I'm so emotional

Oh sweetie. Yes this is very normal. I had several before my surgery and many more after.

This is a very emotional surgery, and is quite upsetting. You are loosing something very intimate, something that has made its presence known to you (for better or worse) for decades. Now that is being taken away from you. Of course you are upset.

I don't want to scare you, but the emotional may be with you for a while after surgery. It will eventually get better, but have patience with yourself in the meantime. We are here to help you through this . We really understand what you are going through.

Good luck with your surgery tomorrow. I am sure all will go well. We will be waiting for you on the other side.

((((Hugs)))) to you

Re: I'm so emotional

Issay best wishes to you. I cried so much before because I was scared. There are so many unknowns about this surgery.
The nice part is that doesn't last forever there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Can't wait to see you on the other side.
Hugs
