4 weeks post hysterectomy with hematoma and pain

I am four weeks into my recovery. I found out at three that I have a hematoma at the vaginal cuff. It has been causing lots of pain and some bleeding. For the past several days I have had nausea, dizziness, low grade fever, and discharge in addition to the pain.

A little of my back story: I had a 22 week loss of my son Alexander on Augusta 18, 2015. I had severe bleeding for two weeks following and ended up with a D&C. Then had two more weeks of severe bleeding to the point that I had to have a blood transfusion with the second d&c. Then months went by where I cramped daily but never did my period return. After several rounds of hormones to try to jump start it, it was decided that my only option to not live in pain daily was a hysterectomy. Did that on January 21, and the pain has been much worse than before.

I have an appointment with my OB in the morning, but I am looking for anyone with similar experience. Anyone who could tell me what could possibly be causing the new symptoms? The fever, nausea, and dizziness with the pain makes me think infection. Thanks for any help.
