Painful BM's

I am 19 days PO and things seem to be going fine, other than pain during BM's. it isn't straining or anything, just pain in my tummy when voiding. I also had a Tummy Tuck at the same time, so unsure what to attribute the pain too. Anyone else experiencing this?

Same here all I can say is woo woo im 17 days post op im guessing because my bladder and intestines were move around there still in shock or adjusting to the surgery the gas pains put even more pressure I eat a lot of gas x.hope your feeling better soon.
