Progressing along/Want to Exercise
Hello Sisters,
I am post op 11 days, after DaV Hys. Progressing well taking it easy. I am maintaing on Motrin, no bleeding bowels working with help of colace. I feel sluggish however like I need to do more than walk around house, but I know the importance of taking it easy. Just wishing all the princess a speedy recovery. So thankful to be on this side.

Hi Kim,
Yes, please.. take it easy. Can you get outside and walk? I walked every day, as soon as I was able and always felt better afterwards. That said, don't cheat on anything else... don't want to pop any stitches.
