2 weeks post op today

Ok so I have been reading before and after post. I had my vaginal hyst on 1/14. NO pain but cramping in the hospital with no bleeding to speak of after packing removed. Have my 2nd post op app with exam today. I sometimes wonder did the doc really remove anything due to I have no after surgery symptoms. Doc also suggesting return to work around week 3/4. am I really doing that good? I know I should be thankful but wonder if maybe I just don't feel pain like others and should be even more careful then most not to over do.

It sounds like your recovery is a lot like mine was. That being said, it is VERY easy to over do things. Just remember that even though you feel great, your body is still healing.

Oh, and I actually went back to work at the two week point after my lavh/bso. Totally not the norm.
