Puffy incision - almost 6 months later

I've done a search and not finding quite the same thing so posting here.

I had the DaVinci procedure done, so I have 4 small scars. Recently, I've noticed the one above the navel is puffy. Actually, I was startled one day when I brushed my hand across my midsection and felt this lump, and when I checked it, noticed it was at the scar.

Maybe I've had this for awhile, and only recently noticed since the weather is warmer, meaning shirts are thinner, less bulky. Or maybe it's new. Seems I would've noticed it before, if it had been around for awhile.

It doesn't hurt. Nothing else happening (although last week I noticed a teensy hint of discoloration on the pantyliner).

Any ideas?

Thanks - it's not actually the scar itself, it's a big lump - like a huge bug bite - not painful, not itchy, just there. It's probably just scar tissue underneath the skin. I'll give the doc a call just to be safe.
