Returning to work after hysterectomy?

Hi I am 3 weeks post op tomorrow still feeling tired all the time and have pain just above my right hip. I am a nurse and just wondered how long should I have off? my consultant said about 10/12 weeks due to my job does this sound about right? New here so hope I have posted right, apologies if I haven't

I took 4 1/2 weeks off, and I was really tired and sore when I went back... And my job has no physical demands, plus they are super flexible ( I could put my feet up at my desk, also leaving early wasn't a problem). So if you have to be back "full force" when you return, I would suggest the 10-12 weeks if possible.
