Burning pain

Hi i had my hysteric 3 months and a half ago but I have a burning pain inside my vagina and few weeks ago I can not cross my legs , or seat cos I have that burning pain, and can not sleep on the side, my Dr has told me he did not put a mesh because I thought that could be the problem but I am concern, I had ic before and sometimes when I finish pee burns and hurts. Dr send me a pelvic mri and to have a colonoscopy , has anyone had this problem after hysterectomy?
