Feeling dumped by my Gyn

Thank you sisters for all your suggestions & all the beautiful words you said to me, they really help me.Yes, I am going to fight .I was getting really depressed!sinking myself,being abandoned by my surgeon,telling me to go online & find out about Vulvodynia that this it's not from the surgery,so where all this mess came from?????but I have to be a warrior & in spite of my pain I need to have more courage!.Can you imagine having a Hysterectomy to fix a bleeding problem & now I get this .The Gyn said it has nothing with the surgery?????It's the first time in my 42 yrs that I ever felt this horrible burning pain.I feel so lonely I don't even have my family here !God will give me the strength to go on & to put in my way the right Dr & guide him toward my healing.Best wishes to all of you!Hugs.

I'm so sorry you feel so miserable... Have you found a NEW gyn yet??? Did they give you a prescription for the vulvodynia? I have had that along with the intercystial cystitis. For the life of me, I cannot rememeber the name of the medication but it is a suppository that you take for 3 days and that has helped. My doc gave me a refill for when I needed it. Yes, that is very painful. Keep your head up girl... you will one day look back at this and say "I made it through" and maybe help someone else who is experiencing the same thing. Have you been to the uro? From my research, vuvlodynia also does not include the bleeding in your urine. I may be wrong, but I havent seen it. Dont give up and keep looking for answers. Praying for you...
