Upcoming hysterectomy 10/14

My surgery is this coming Wednesday and I'm scared to death,,,please send some positive vibes this way

My surgery is also the 14th. I pray Ll will go well for us both.

I'm just hoping that after this the pain will stop. And I already get horrible mood swings my wish is menopause will help lol.

Mines the 14th also... I am totally freaking out. I have picked up my phone AT LEAST 5 times, brought up docs #, and stared at it. I WANT to cancel, to just run away from it, but even though biopsy came back negative, he said there could still be cancer, and that is what makes me put the phone back down. The waiting is so hard!!! But we are strong, we got this!!! Sending prayers for calmness, for a quick and easy surgery and recovery.

Hi me again! I had a cigarette Sunday afternoon,but smoked just 2 for that day,will the smoking have any effects on my surgery or anesthesia,, and my throat is very dry,could this maybe be a anxiety attack or something like that?

Hello Ladies,

I am 8 weeks post op. I was so afraid before my surgery that I put it off for two years and walked around in pain. It is really scary but the doctors know what they are doing. Talk to your family and friends. I actually watched a couple of procedures on youtube to make myself aware of what was going to happen. That is not for everyone but it helped me see how the doctors really know what they are doing. The night before surgery I had a great dinner with my friend and mom before the eating deadline and stayed up late so I would be super tired for surgery. I figured I would have plenty of time to rest afterwards. I am so thankful that I finally did it and the pain is over. I pray you all have a smooth procedure and recovery!

My surgery is also on the 14th.......I'm so scared!! Can't wait until it's over. Praying for everyone!

Go in positive! It's the best possible thing you can do. Consider it your contribution to the surgery, because it is!

I'm counting on you princesses to tell your stories when you wake up, so I know what to expect when I go through mine in two weeks.
