Now What????
Hi Henchelville,
You are still very early in your recovery, and should not be doing very much more than drinking lots of water , resting and taking easy walks
On the top left side of the page is a tab for Checkpoints, if you haven't found it yet. I found it very usefull in helping me to know what I should be doing at each step of the way.
There is another tab up towards the right titled "Hormone Jungle". If you haven't made your decision about hormones yet, there is a wealth of information there for you. The more informed you are, the easier it will be to talk to your Dr about your options
The most important thing for you to remember right now is that even though you may be starting to feel better, it will be very easy for you to overdo. If you overdo, it will cause more pain and delay in your recovery. ......So, please don't be in a hurry.
We are here for you , if you have any questions, or just need someone to chat with "who has been there".
I hope your recovery continues to go smoothly.
,
Kay
