Knot in right side

I have a knot on my right side that is poking out a little. No bleeding and I am very sore and hurting on that side. (Very tired as welll) It started on Friday Dec 7th.

Could I have over done it and pulled something? Have had a great recovery except my bladder infection last week. Calling my dr today but wondered if anyone has experienced this?
