Ouch spot at 3 weeks!

Ouch! I have a spot on my right side that is so sensitive. I'm three weeks post-op today..............feel like my progress is slowing down. Dull pain in generally but on my right side a few inches in from my hip bonehas few is tender and I have to hold it if I sneeze or cough. Mornings are best.....I sleep well during the night and don't feel the pain when I wake up.

Ouch spot at 3 weeks!

HI Girls, I am 6wks post op today and I still have a little soreness. and I think that as long as it is just soreness and not pain that it is probbably just normal healing. and I can also say that it is normal to feel like you take one step forward and two steps backward at this stage of your recovery. it does get better.take Care, Cathy

Ouch spot at 3 weeks!

Hi Pam,
It's nice to know I'm not alone! I thougth about walking to my mailbox today, got out the door a few feet and decided not to go the 100 yards down to the mailbox. Mind you I did it on day 4 and after! I just chilled up the Swelly Belly Band for the first time and it feels good on the ouchie spot. Might have been too much to go to Target yesterday!

homerjones-

A lot of us deal with pain on the right side. You might want to check out the following thread. Not trying to worry you by saying it is anything serious, just wanted you to know you are not alone in feeling this kind of pain. I DO!

Here's the thread:
