TAH 5 weeks post op and doing well

I had TAH and BSO on 9th Jan. After a few problems at the beginning (I spent a week in hospital, got home 1 day and re admitted for a further 3 days) I am feeling good. Getting out walking each day and hoping to start driving over the next few days. My concern is that although im feeling well on the outside, im worried I do too much and affect the internal healing process??? Any advice??

If you listen to your body and don't push things, you will be just fine. It sounds like you are doing just that so keep it up.
