LSH 5 months Post-op kept both ovaries, terrible fatigue

Hey sisters, wondering if anyone can help me with knowing if this fatigue is normal? I had surgery January 26 and took about 7 weeks to feel somewhat normal again. At about month 3 I started to feel very fatigued. I wake up and want to lay back down. The most simple tasks feel overwhelming. Could my hormones be imbalanced even though i have both ovaries? Help please??? Do I go back to the doctor and have hormones checked, or is this normal??

Hi Dtholley, I had a TAH 30.10.12 and I still get very tired at mid afternoon, get home sit on the soda and doze off about 8pm, if not earlier. Makes no difference whether I've been working or not! Kept both ovaries, had blood tests so not menopausal. Just tired.
New thing for me over the weekend was a trip to A&E as I started bleeding...on antibiotics and will see he that stops it.
Take care of yourself, don't expect too much, but keep as active as you can. It is very easy to get down, speaking from experience. Even if you don't feel like it, in for a manicure or get your hair done. Sounds silly but make time for yourself, be a little bit selfish.
