dVH/RALH Swelling and pain 12 weeks post op

Hi Ladies,
Anyone having pain and swelling 12 weeks post op? I was doing really well until a few days ago. I started getting swelly belly back and increased pain and I'm concerned something is going on? When I bend over, I feel like I have a rock on my right side. Is it possible I may have over exerted myself shoveling snow??

I am 8 weeks today. I was out helping my son collect spiders in the yard lol and had to keep bending. I now am in my chair with the heating pad, a slight throbbing in my right side, I think too much bending. Our insides have a long way to go yet.

Yep I am right there with you. It is making me a little nervous. I am thinking of calling my doctor about it. My stomach is swollen again and I am having some pain on my right about where my remaining ovary is. I am also extremely tired no matter how much sleep I get. Ugh I was so hoping that I would be improving by now. I hope you feel better soon.

MML I could have written nearly the same post except I'm about ten weeks. I definitely had a setback because of the snow :/ I'm not having lots of pain but I was better before this, It hurts to do things that I could do a week ago without pain. and 2 days later, after shoveling, I'm still exhausted. I've been thinking about calling the dr but I'm going to give it another day. What stinks is I've been pushing myself because everyone around me keeps telling me I should be able to do more and now that I did they all tell me I shouldnt do too much. My aunt that has been telling me for 8 weeks that she was tap dancing one week after her hysterectomy is now taking it all back, saying I should rest.
Anyway, sorry for the rant and since you're having pain it can't hurt to call the doc. My guess is you'll get better with rest but why guess. Call the doc and put your feet up. Let us know how it goes..xo

And yes I'm swellier too and it's lower belly but not just the right , it's both sides. Are you both right handed? I'm hoping this is just from not using muscles..

Thank you ladies! I will give it another couple of days and if it doesn't improve, I will call the doctor. It's just frustrating because I was doing so well and I really thought I could handle anything at this point, guess I was wrong on that one!
