5 months after tummy tuck and tah

although so much time has passed and i havent had time to come chat, not alot has changed.
having had both surgeries together was a great decision for me. even though i hear from everybody how great i look, i dont feel great inside. i guess its true, you can't judge a book by its cover. i just feel absolutely tired, everynight i have abdominal swelling and some times i feel as though i could bust at my seam. i do not regret any decisions i have made but wish i felt more up to par. i do have a thyroid problem and take wellbutrin for bout 7 months now.
i have no sexual drive and ii guess sometimes i just feel empty. my stomach is still pretty numb. any feedback with 5+ months would be great. im trying to be patient, i guess the 6 months to a year saying is true. anyways, i love you girls for all the support i got before and after.

My Radical TAH was in 1990 - Thankfully, I never lost my sex drive - Just don't think about it. Sex drive has very little to do with estrogen and more to do with the brain. I also had a gorgeous and understanding man by my side as well so that helped. You just have to give yourself a rest and don't put any undue pressure on yourself. I had my surgery when I was a 24 yr old virgin. I am only 3yrs older than you. I had met my future husband just before my surgery and we never consummated until about a year after my surgery.
