5 months post op
I had my TAH on March 5th. On March 12th had to have second surgery because of a staph infection. I cannot seem to feel a 100%. Is anyone else still struggling this long after your TAH?

I still have days that I don't feel 100%. I also still hav some swelling and a few tender places. It has gotten a little worse these last two weeks as I have returned to work as a teacher and am on my feet most of the day now. I never thought it would take this long.

Thank you ladies for your reply. I just thought that after five months I would be totally back to normal. The doctors did say that due to the staph infection my immune system could be low. I believe that. Have a blessed day and may we soon all feel 100%. Still waiting to say "I feel wonderful"!
